Moderate/High – can enhance the reliability of the road network during extreme flooding events. Evacuation routes can also be used to communicate closures and detour routes.
High – plans can be adjusted periodically or adjusted as needed
Ensure that equity areas, and public transit-dependent households are considered in evacuation planning.
